Sterile Fill & Finish

Project description
A new Fill & Finish system was installed on a production area of 1,000 m2. pixon was responsible for the planning and realization of the system and the necessary structural and building technology measures.

• Specialist coordination HVACS
• 3D management
• Collision check
• HVAC planning (ventilation, cold and hot water, HPW, clean steam, waste water, drinking water, nitrogen (cleanroom-compatible), instrument air, process air (cleanroom-compatible))
• Specialist fire protection planning
• Creation of maintenance concept
• Maintenance support
• Creation of specification sheets for systems, media and rooms
• Procurement of equipment and suppliers
• Construction site coordination
• Commissioning
• Qualification of all GMP-relevant systems

Project Challenge
The planning and implementation had to meet the pharmaceutical requirements for a sterile fill & finish within a very short time frame. The increased requirements were verified by a swissmedic inspection.
