Qualification

In order to meet your individual requirements, we offer you a qualification system specially developed by us, which is based on the current standards and guidelines. Of course, this system can be adapted to your individual requirements and wishes and thus promises individually suitable solutions. The qualification is integrated as a kind of project controlling in all planning and execution phases. However, we are also happy to work on projects in your qualification systems. Special attention is paid to the customer's own SOPs in order to meet your compliance requirements.

Temperature mapping and qualification as an integrated package

pixon engineering offers you a comprehensive service for the qualification of temperature-controlled rooms (e.g. warehouses, refrigerated containers, freezers, etc.), autoclaves CIP, SIP systems or freeze dryers. In addition to carrying out the temperature profile studies, pixon offers advice and preparation of risk analyses of the measuring points, preparation of all qualification documents, carrying out the measurements with calibrated measuring technology such as the Ellab TS Frigo Logger, EMSuite or E-Val Pro Validator and the preparation of GMP-compliant protocols. This provides you with a complete qualification package from a single source. We can do this on the basis of our own templates or in the customer's qualification system.
