Project description

As part of a phased conversion of the Liesberg production site of Acino Pharma AG, pixon engineering was commissioned with the construction management and specialist construction management of the HVAC system.

Project Challenge

Complex, staged conversion to have as little impact as possible on production. Planning of the conversions took place at an earlier stage for the entire project. The implementation plans had to be adapted to the current situation in consultation with the client and the contractors, often at short notice after the cleanroom ceilings could be opened. There is a high installation density in the mostly non-accessible suspended ceilings, and the various contractors had to be coordinated accordingly.
