Project Manager Construction Management

Your tasks / field of activity:

• Organization and coordination of the project team and client, as well as authorities
• Preparation of tenders, contract awards & contracts
• Cost planning and cost tracking
• Creating and coordinating the project, execution and detailed planning of building construction
• Preparation of the technical specifications
• Independent senior site manager or specialist site manager
• Creating occupational safety guidelines and monitoring compliance

Your profile:

• Qualified architect, site manager, construction engineer with/without professional experience or draftsman specializing in architecture with several years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge in operating CAD programs (Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad) as well as the common Office programs (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of the regulations relating to the Building Act (BauG) and Building Ordinance (BauV) of the Canton of Valais
• Knowledge of the regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (ArgV 3 & 4)
• Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
