Technician / Engineer Qualification Pharmaceutical Plants

Do you have a technical education or degree and would like to work in the field of qualification of pharmaceutical plants? We are looking for motivated employees with a background in measurement technology, mechanical engineering, chemical/chemical engineering or electronics, for example, who would like to take on responsibility in a GMP-regulated environment. You can expect exciting projects, a strong team and plenty of room for further development.

Your tasks / your field of activity:

  • Creating and checking qualification documents (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ) in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Coordination of test execution with operators and test teams at the customer's site
  • Carrying out qualification tests, in particular: Installation check, commissioning, function and alarm tests on the system, checking P&I flow diagram (PID) and instrument / component list, cooperation in calibrations and assembly of mechanical equipment
  • Documentation and evaluation of test results and raw data
  • Support with the documentation of GMP-compliant systems

Your profile:

  • Completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or similar or corresponding professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in assembly, qualification or measurement technology are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel (up to 80%)
  • Ideally knowledge of the applicable GMP requirements in the area of qualification and calibration
  • Ability to work independently with customers
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
